• “SafeRides” refers to is BeamLive’s dedicated mobility brand for on-demand passenger rides and parcel deliveries. Designed for riders and drivers, SafeRides operates under its own brand and platform, focusing on everyday transport and direct-to-door delivery services.

• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration or booking.
• Services are subject to availability and operational constraints.
• Misuse of the platform, including fraudulent bookings or unauthorized access, is prohibited.

• All payments must be made in South African Rands (ZAR).
• Pricing is dynamic and depends on factors such as routes, schedules, and service types.
• Beamlive SA is not liable for exchange rate variations for international users.

• Tickets can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the departure time, subject to a cancellation fee of ZAR100.
• Refunds for logistics services are provided for cancellations within 12 hours of booking or due to service failures.

• Beamlive SA is not responsible for delays, disruptions, or losses caused by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.
• Users agree to use the platform at their own risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Gauteng, South Africa.
